Agrival was founded in 1981 in Gressan, a town close to Aosta, famous for its apple growing. Agrival established itself in the processing of these fruits and in a very short time became a company well known in Italy.

In 2015, the Agrival brand was taken over by chef Luca Berolatti, who continues to process apples in an accurate and natural way, however innovating the company and therefore flanking the production of other products, but always with an eye on the territory. He moved the headquarters to Aosta but continued to work in an artisanal way at every stage of production in order to achieve a natural product, free of colouring agents, preservatives and thickeners. The skills and abilities of the chef come into play at each individual stage of production, starting with the choice of raw materials, the design of the combinations and the various textures. The products created and produced by Chef Luca Berolatti are therefore gourmet products that can be appreciated by even the most demanding palates.
